Biographical Info

Neil is the Director of the Drake Agricultural Law Center, Dwight D. Opperman Chair of Law, Professor of Law; he has been Drake Law School Professor since 1983. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Iowa National Heritage Foundation, past president of the American Agricultural Law Association, past chair of the Iowa Food Policy Council (2000-2007), past chair of the Agriculture Law Section of the Association of American Law Schools, and past vice chair of the USDA Small Farms Advisory Committee (1997-2000).
