Biographical Info

Mitchell is a 7th generation Washington County farmer and the Founder/CEO of Continuum Ag.  The Hora’s have been using no-till on their 700ac row crop operation since 1978 and cover crops since 2013.  Today, Continuum Ag is a soil health data company and is on a mission to help 1 Million farmers profit from soil health.  The company launched the first soil health software, TopSoil, and has amassed a business footprint of over 40 states and 12 countries.  Mitchell’s personal mission is to be a catalyst for regenerative relationships and a shepherd of God’s creation.
